Agreement
By using EasyClaw, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our software or services.
What You Can Do
You can download and use EasyClaw for personal or commercial projects. Your code and AI conversations stay completely local on your machine. We never see them.
What You Can't Do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any branding, copyright, or proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose or to harm others
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
- Use the software to violate any third-party terms of service
Your Responsibilities
- You provide your own API keys for AI services
- You comply with the terms of your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.)
- You are responsible for any API costs you incur
- You keep your credentials secure
- You use the software legally and don't try to break it
Service Availability
We work to keep EasyClaw running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We may update, pause, or change features at any time without notice. We'll do our best to communicate major changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EasyClaw is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyClaw and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the software. This includes but is not limited to data loss, downtime, lost profits, or any other damages, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyClaw and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the software or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where the software maintainer resides. You agree to attempt informal resolution before filing any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of EasyClaw after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll try to give notice of major changes.
